近期日本電影《鐵拳浪子》在港上映，令人大失所望。雖然拳擊電影在港為數不多，當中其實不乏具水準之作。今年介紹的一部，便是來自梁柏堅的《浪漫風暴》。
《浪漫風暴》主要描述的就是由郭富城飾演的Ken投入拳擊活動的過程，當中曾因為錯手在比賽中打死了女友Gloria（李若彤飾）的哥哥（唐文龍飾）而陷入低潮，最終還是堅持比賽挑戰亞洲拳王的故事。觀乎電影元素，在愛情以至拳擊的比例上，也算是恰當。當於當年還是新導的梁柏堅來說，更是令人欣喜。
看回郭富城近年來的不同作品，雖然有著不同的演出，不過看回昔日在《浪漫風暴》的演出，反而予人一份簡單直接的味道。有時也許看回反璞歸真的演出，比起歇斯底里的款式，來得更為珍貴。

Probably Ryan just means that this genre has produced an above average movie in terms of quality and box office grosses, as well as Aaron Kwok’s ability to give natural performances.
I think the last movie released closest for comparison might be THE FIGHTER, but that movie also kind of disappointed at the box office despite being arguably much more well-known due to the Oscar publicity, so perhaps in that regard Ryan should mention a few more examples, so that it would truly be a highlight for 《浪漫風暴》.
